Account

Can I use Traice without an account? You can browse public exercises and routines without an account, but creating content and joining spaces requires registration.

Can I change my email address? Yes, go to Settings > Change Email.

How do I reset my password? Use the Change Password option in Settings. You'll need your current password.

Exercises

What video platforms are supported for extraction? YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

How many videos can I extract per week? The default limit is 3 extractions per week.

What image formats are supported? JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 5MB.

Can I make my exercises private? Yes, exercises are private by default. You can toggle the Public setting when creating or editing.

Spaces

How many spaces can I join? There's no limit on how many spaces you can join.

Can I be in multiple roles? Yes, you can be both a Trainer and a Player in the same space.

What happens to my content if I leave a space? Your personal exercises and routines are not affected. Space-specific data (like penalties) remains in the space.

Can I rejoin a space after leaving? Yes, if you receive a new invitation or have a valid invite link.

Training Sessions

Can I see sessions from all my spaces in one place? Yes, use the unified Calendar view to see sessions across all your spaces.

How do I change my RSVP? Open the training session and update your attendance status. You can change it anytime.

Penalties

How do I enable penalties for my space? A space admin must enable the Penalty Catalog module in Space Management.

Can players assign penalties? No, only space admins and trainers can assign penalties.
