Training Sessions

Training sessions are scheduled team workouts within a space.

Viewing Sessions

  • Space Calendar — View sessions for a specific space
  • Unified Calendar — View all your sessions across all spaces

Creating a Session (Trainer/Admin)

  1. Go to the space's training calendar
  2. Tap Add Session
  3. Fill in:
    • Title — Session name (e.g., "Morning Practice")
    • Description — Session details
    • Date — When the session takes place
    • Start/End Time — Time range
  4. Optionally add exercises and routines
  5. Tap Save

Customizing Exercises per Session

When editing a session, you can customize individual exercises or routines for that specific session without changing the original:

  1. Open the session in edit mode
  2. Tap on an exercise or routine in the training plan
  3. Adjust the duration for this session (or reset to the default)
  4. Add notes specific to this session (e.g., "Focus on technique" or "Use lighter weights")
  5. Tap Save

A small edit icon next to the duration indicates a custom duration. A note icon appears when notes have been added.

Editing a Session

  1. Open the session
  2. Tap Edit
  3. Update any field
  4. Save changes

Deleting a Session

  1. Open the session
  2. Tap Delete
  3. Confirm
