Creating Routines

A routine is a collection of exercises grouped into a workout.

Steps

  1. Tap Add Routine
  2. Enter routine details:
    • Name — Give your routine a name
    • Description — Describe the workout
  3. Add exercises — Select exercises from your library to include
  4. Order exercises — Arrange them in the desired order
  5. Choose whether to make it Public
  6. Tap Save

Tips

  • You can include the same exercise multiple times (e.g., for warm-up and cool-down)
  • Routines can be shared publicly for others to discover and copy
