Creating Routines
A routine is a collection of exercises grouped into a workout.
Steps
- Tap Add Routine
- Enter routine details:
- Name — Give your routine a name
- Description — Describe the workout
- Add exercises — Select exercises from your library to include
- Order exercises — Arrange them in the desired order
- Choose whether to make it Public
- Tap Save
Tips
- You can include the same exercise multiple times (e.g., for warm-up and cool-down)
- Routines can be shared publicly for others to discover and copy
