Managing Members

Space admins can manage the membership of their space.

Inviting Members​

By Email​

  1. Go to Space Management
  2. Tap Invite
  3. Enter the person's email
  4. They'll receive an in-app notification

Bulk Invite​

  1. Go to Space Management
  2. Tap Bulk Invite
  3. Enter multiple email addresses
  4. All invitees receive notifications
  1. Go to Space Management
  2. Tap Create Invite Link
  3. Optionally set:
    • Expiration date — When the link stops working
    • Max uses — How many times the link can be used
  4. Share the link or QR code

Changing Roles​

  1. Go to Space Management
  2. Find the member
  3. Update their roles (Trainer, Player)

Removing Members​

  1. Go to Space Management
  2. Find the member
  3. Tap Remove
  4. Confirm

Managing Admins​

Admins can add other admins or remove admin privileges from existing ones.
