How It Works​

  1. Go to Extract Video
  2. Paste a video URL from:
    • YouTube
    • TikTok
    • Instagram
  3. Tap Extract
  4. The system analyzes the video and creates an exercise with:
    • A suggested name
    • A description
    • Relevant attributes
  5. Review and edit the extracted exercise
  6. Save to your library

Extraction Quota​

You have a weekly limit of video extractions (default: 3 per week). The quota resets weekly.

You can check your remaining quota in your profile settings.
